Summary

What do you do when everything you thought about your best friend changes? That’s the situation Richie Corelli is facing when he becomes aware of feelings for his friend Lance Sturgis. Both men have big ambitions with Lance being a sought-after DJ and Richie being a fantastic aspiring chef. For as long as Richie has been aware of the opposite sex, he’s been into them, so discovering he has feelings for his friend is a whole new ball game. There are a lot of things keeping them apart, but the biggest is Richie’s upbringing in a strict Catholic family and the strained relationship with his mother. Up and coming DJ extraordinaire Lance is starting to get some real traction with his career and it couldn’t come at a better time. He’s just gone through a complicated breakup with someone he cared about. Lance has carried a torch for Richie for as long as they’ve been friends and he’s always accepted the fact that that’s all they’ll ever be to each other, but lately Richie has been giving him hope and he’s really afraid to want it. If by some miracle his friend could feel the same way about him, it would be a dream come true. He knows there will be obstacles, but he’s willing to face them with his best friend. Lance and Richie can’t deny their attraction to one another, but once they step over that line, things will be changed forever. Both of them have to sort out how they feel and determine if taking that huge leap is worth the potential heartache.
