“ ’ , .”Broken kingdom is the final installment to Quinton and Aspen’s story and it did not disappoint! This is a book of both heartbreak and healing. This book continues on from the events in the previous book, and Quinton and Aspen’s journey is no easy feat. This is a story of healing, survival, and well deserved retribution. I thoroughly enjoyed Quinton’s character growth and Aspen’s strength and resilience throughout this book. It was captivating, suspenseful, and the perfect ending to Quinton and Aspen’s story!
Things started out so dark and sad. The angst, the drama, the steam, and of course the mystery and violence. There were times I wanted to choke people, times I wanted to cry, and times I was absolutely swooning. This last book had a lot more of the swooning feeling for me but was still all wrapped together with the anxiety and fear of what was going to happen. I don’t even know how else to say that this series was perfection! If your looking for a dark read that’s going to give u all of the emotions u can have then this is for u. Be warned of the triggers though.
So many shocking plot twists. So happy for aspen and q they honestly deserve sm happiness!! SUCH A GOOD BOOK. loved this trilogy and sad it ended 🙁
This author never disappoints these books was so satisfying humor sadness happiness. . Everyone needs to read these books and experience what im saying.
This picks up right after the end of the last book and Aspen has been severely hurt and Quinton gets revenge for her but as always he can’t be with her and she is sent back to the academy. She is heartbroken but once again understands it but she is basically locked up as they don’t know what to do with her and they want to keep her and Quinton separated. Something bad once again happens but she finally owns it and kicks butt but that brings some bad things her way. She finds out all kinds of answers to secrets that she didn’t even know she had. A lot of relationships that were strained are strengthened and I can’t wait for additional stories in this world. I am going to have to go back and read all the parents stories (have only read a couple). In the end everything comes together and love prevails. It was a great book and if this review seems choppy it is because I was trying not to give to much away as it seemed like the whole book was a spoiler.I received a free copy of this book via Bleeding Heart Press and am voluntarily leaving a review.
While some of this was hard to read, I loved Quinton and Aspens relationship. I loved how this ended and how their romance turned out. There was a lot to take in towards the end, so many revelations. But it was a great book that I’d been looking forward to for awhile. I enjoyed this series and this couple.
