One of the best in the series. I wish she would write more. The titles have very little to do with the plots, but the stories and characters are vivid. This one moved fast, and the conclusion was clear.
This series had me gripped from the first book. So many familiar characters, such a mix of backgrounds, yet all held together by friendships, colleagues & even criminals. Sad to see an end but brilliant every one.
Karen Parker is back once again to make sure her brother, George, is doing okay and to settle some old scores. There are a lot of twists in this book, several murders, and a financial security plan to be established for Karen’s brother. I like the characters in this book, and I highly recommend It to you.
Too many characters not filled out. Hard to keep some characters straight.straight. Why are eight more word required to leave this note? Am I getting paid by the word or something?
Love this series. The characters and exciting storyline are the best I’ve read in a long time. Loved how the characters follow through to the next book. There is so much happening that holds a reader’s interest from beginning to the end. Hope there is more coming in the series. Bravo to Ma Adams!
Another fun ride with Rina, Mac and company! Karen returns with her accompanying mayhem, an undercover cop and a local unearthing of human bones all make for a cozy mystery story….the norm for this Jane Adams series.
