Shenanigans By Sarina Bowen
Book/Novel Author: Sarina Bowen
Book/Novel Title: Shenanigans
What I meant to do in Vegas: Let my hair down for once and celebrate winning a medal at my first women’s hockey all-stars competition. What I actually did: Got senior prom drunk and woke up married to Brooklyn’s star winger, the great Neil Drake. He’s the heir to a billion dollars, and I barely survived my childhood. Our friendship is based strictly only on hockey, takeout food and smack talk. And now holy matrimony. Although we both know it can’t last, especially once his evil family gets wind of our Vegas shenanigans… Contains: Meddling teammates, meddling parents, ugly jewelry and a pretend-kiss that nearly sets the world on fire.
Love these hockey stories with depth to them. Wonderful quick read. Great writing. You won’t regret picking this one up.
I listened to this audiobook and let me tell you it was beyond amazing. What a great story with two main characters you can’t possibly stop yourself from falling in love with. Neil and Charli’s journey starts off with a bang in Vegas and certainly has it’s ups and downs but I was with them 100 percent all the way! I adored their story! And them! Both so lovable! Jason Clarke and Vanessa Edwin do a smashing job narrating as Neil and Charli. Could not have chosen better!
It’s really amazing, very good hockey romance book. I really enjoyed. Especially the plot about player with deasease like diabetes is very familiar for me. My fav book already 🙂 Please keep writing I am waiting for more .
I LOVE a ‘Holy moly did we just do what I think we did’ story. And no, not *that* but a wake-up-married story. These are always so much fun–add in Sarina Bowen’s amazing writing and excellent humor and you’ve got yourself the trifecta of stories.Drake and Charli are one of the top couples. You don’t want to miss this!
This was such a great story both written and audio. I don’t know where to start. The chemistry amongst all the “players” is fantastic. I finished this VERY late this morning and it was worth it. You will enjoy this story however you won’t be able to put it down.
I really enjoyed this story. It was a fun read with just enough tug and pull of the main characters to be enjoyable. Charli is strong woman but not too a fault which was perfect.
