This nook was great. It felt great to read a romance that was set in England in the past. If made my heart rejoice for a true romance.
Kathryn Le Veque has done it again. She’s wrapped you up in the trials of tournament life and the unexpected benefits of true love, but not without the fight of winning the lady. And, what a fight! Pick up this book to be wrapped up in another world.
I enjoy the author’s story. But I hate the first few chapters of the couple falling in this unbelievable love and then in several hours the couple start the everlasting romance is just something I do not see happening. So the story pretty much has the ending at the beginning. I would love to read something a little different as well as the same sex lines. Look forward to something just a bit different with spell check.
Our heroine is completely relatable, a perfect dichotomy of fierce and compliant. The hero is honestly, has a good sense of humor, and a protective side that makes you feel safe just reading it.
Catherine was a lovely lady abused by her mother because of her lisp.Going to a tournament for the first timeto watch her brothersBringing her dogs who have away leads her straight to the Black Storm. The two of them fight for them to be together. Will love come?
I likedthe storywhich was quite different from most of Kathryn endeavors. I look forward more of her books. Thank you, Ms. LeVeque
