This book is extremely motivating and easy to read. Mel was speaking directly to me all the way through this book. She makes it easier to get past the past and she also holds you accountable! She’s the supportive best friend that keeps it real and has an educated opinion on how to start going about making small changes in your life so you can start taking care of yourself and being your own best friend.
Fun and easy book to read. Love her real life examples! Love the high five method. Love how she backs up what she writes with science. This is a great book if you’re ready to make a real change in your life. I love her work!! Thanks Mel Robbins for being human and sharing that with us readers.
Finished her book yesterday and I’m upset because I didn’t want it to end!!! It’s so freaking good and easy to read, 10/10 … highly recommend buying. Just bought her other book the 5 second rule because I love mell!!! Love you girl, loved the story with the painting at the end, love your raw authenticity so much and the metaphor on the miles being the universe giving you signs. So so good I’m now watching her YouTube vids. Definitely gonna reread this book
This was a great book as I was in the midst of doing 75hard a mental toughness program. This helped push me forward!
I have been saying another lately that Mel Robbins is a National Treasure, and I will say it again. The Universe has chosen her to bring the world real positive change in simple easy forms not once but twice now…if you can’t better your life using this method your either just lazy or dead!!
