I don’t buy books. I bought this one after reading it from the library. There isn’t much I don’t know about Keto because it’s been my life style for 6 years. I lost 150 lbs doing keto and have maintained my loss. The book is easy to read and is great as a gift for people who want to learn about the lifestyle.
This book contains facts about the way your body reacts to food, good and bad. Needless to say, good is better and there are lots of examples all around us. While this subject is fair game for disagreement, just about everyone wants a happy remainder of their life. Use the information presented here as a stepping stone in that direction. Continue being curious.

This is a life changing book and I highly suggest following some Face Book support groups that are supportive of you finding you way to better health.The book is very deep scientifically and it helps to read and read read it. Great recipe ls too.
I give him 1 star. I wanted to learn more from his book (and I’ve bought some of his other books and I rated them better than this) but I learned nothing from his book. I learned more from his YouTube videos which cost me nothing. He just wants to make money off of you. I should have returned it but I kept it to remind me that he is a waste of time and money.
I have read all Gundry’s books. I have shared the info with many of my friends and clients. All of them have gotten amazing results. I have learned so much about my body through these books and I have gotten better results than going to doctors and even functional medícine.I can’t wait to follow the new concepts introduced in this book. So far, it is very interesting and the Mito Club analogy is so cool and easy to understand. I’m almost 60 yrs old, my health could not be better. I have kept my healthy weight for 3 years since I started the diet and I don’t plan to change the way I have learned to eat through Gundry’s plan.
